1. Overview
BUYDL is a software interface made available at https://www.buydl.com (the “Platform”) that allows users to interact with decentralized finance (“DeFi”) protocols operated by third parties in order to obtain liquidity and make payments to merchants.
BUYDL does not operate, control, deploy, or manage the underlying smart contracts or DeFi protocols accessible through the Platform. BUYDL does not provide lending services, credit, financial products, or investment advice.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
2. Nature of the service
BUYDL provides a non-custodial interface that enables users to connect their own wallets and interact directly with third-party protocols.
- BUYDL does not custody user funds or digital assets.
- BUYDL does not control user wallets.
- BUYDL does not set or determine borrowing terms, collateral ratios, interest rates, or liquidation thresholds.
- All transactions are executed on public blockchains via third-party smart contracts.
3. Third-Party protocols
The Platform may enable interaction with third-party DeFi protocols, including but not limited to Kamino Finance.
These protocols are operated independently from BUYDL and governed by their own smart contracts and rules. BUYDL is not responsible for smart contract failures, liquidations, oracle failures, governance decisions, loss of funds, or protocol downtime.
4. No custody, no control
At no point does BUYDL take possession of user digital assets, control private keys, or initiate transactions without explicit user approval.
5. No financial advice
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, credit, legal, or tax advice.
6. Experimental nature
BUYDL is provided on an experimental and “as-is” basis and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
7. User responsibilities
Users are responsible for understanding DeFi risks and complying with applicable laws.
8. Payments to merchants
BUYDL acts solely as a technical interface. Once confirmed on-chain, transactions are irreversible.
9. Limitation of liability
BUYDL shall not be liable for loss of digital assets, liquidations, failed transactions, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to terms
BUYDL may update these Terms at any time.
